Shipping/ Delivery Information
Store Pickup:
Orders for pick up are done at 28-48 Barbados Avenue, Kingston 5 (R Danny Williams Building). After processing you will be notified when your package is ready for collection.
Bearer Delivery: Deliveries are done 5 days a week, Mondays – Fridays between the hours of 10 am – 4:30 pm. After you have placed your order we will connect with you in order to schedule a time for delivery. This delivery method is available for the following locations: PORTMORE, KINGSTON, ST. ANDREW.
N.B. Bearer cost varies based on your location.
Knutsford Express (Islandwide): Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
After payment confirmation, you will be notified of which shipping day your package is in. Once sent off your courier number will be sent via Whatsapp message. The amount to collect your package is $700. This should be made payable at Knutsfords location. These Shipments are usually available for pickup the next day.
Zipmail (Islandwide): Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
After payment confirmation, you will be notified of which shipping day your package is in. Once sent off your tracking number will be sent via Whatsapp message. Packages are usually available in 1-3 business days. Once your parcel has arrived at your Local Post office you would be contacted via phone or text so it is very important that you provide a valid phone number when placing your order.
